Teresa Oyibo Ameh, popularly known as ANTY TALATU, is a Nigerian author of children's literature. Ameh is the first child in a large family and she had her university education at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka where she studied Library Science and English. With no less than eight published books for children to her credit, she is undoubtedly one of the most prolific children literature writer with titles such as The Twins Visit, The Stepmother and other stories, Funmi the Polite Girl and other stories, Lessons from Aunty Talatu, Drop That Phone, The Only Son, The Torn Petal, The Freedom Day Party.
With The Torn Petal currently being made into movie, the well revered literary philantophist, a former Vice Chairperson of the Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA Abuja Chapter) will soon earn her credit as a filmmaker.
